Payment of registration fee will be processed in Japanese Yen.
The Early Bird registration deadline is determined based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
In the event that the Organizer determines that the event cannot be held due to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, riots, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Japanese Yen) can only be made by Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover)
Cancellation and Replacement of Registration
1) Cancellation by Participants
Registration fees are non-refundable after payment.
2) Replacement
Replacement of your registration is applicable on or before July 31st.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a Letter of Invitation by email to participants attending the Conference.
Those who require a Letter of Invitation are requested to download the file (click here ), complete the “Visa Applicant” section, and email it to EAIC 2026 Delegate (eaic2026-delegate＠jbx.jtb.jp). When sending your email, please ensure the following:
ーSubject: Request for Letter of Invitation
ーEmail body: Your full name
“Confirmation Number” stated in your registration confirmation email
ーAttachment:The completed form with your personal information duly filled in
