Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau offers complimentary programs specially tailored for overseas registered participants, providing a wide range of experiences in Tokyo and its surrounding areas, from nature and culture to a variety of other attractions. (Tour courses are subject to change.)

How to book *Only one program per person

Please sign up for the tours at the TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK located near the registration area at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba.

Reservations are accepted at the desk during the conference period as scheduled below:
・Mon, Sep 14: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
・Tue, Sep 15: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
・Wed, Sep 16: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
